We're in the middle of a marathon Grip-Birkman weekend with the team...so not much to blog about these past couple of days. I will, however, say that I have a like/dislike relationship with these type of tests. I think there is much to be offered in the way of discovering team dynamics, individual personality, and such. I also think that at times we rely too heavily on these systems in order to tell us how to function.
So last night I thought......I wonder how in the world the people from the OT survived without Grip-Birkman? I mean, no wonder the Israelites wandered in the desert for 40 years! If they had only had taken Grip-Birkman in Egypt, then........
Okay, I'll turn off the sarcastic faucet. I am actually enjoying getting to know teammates better this weekend. More later.....
